Welcome to our Duck North Carolina vacation rental beach house. Our four-bedroom/two-bath Outer Banks rental home sleeps six. We are located in the community of Colony By the Sea, within walking distance of the charming village of Duck, and just a short walk to the beach.
Here you'll find a well maintained, well equipped, comfortable property that is ready for your Outer Banks beach vacation. Four bedrooms and two baths are on the first floor. A great room, kitchen, and dining room are on the second floor.
Our Outer Banks house rental is a great place for gathering together after a day at the beach. The spa is located on a private deck on the ground floor. Enjoy the outside shower and convenience of the laundry room.
Colony By the Sea, at the end of the street, is where you'll find all the amenities to enjoy including a swimming pool, and tennis and basketball courts.
